Job Description
The Associate Director - Public Affairs - Alliance Development is responsible for developing and implementing plans to engage with outside organizations and associations to advance Novo Nordisk's enterprise strategies. The position involves working on complex issues, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues locally and globally.

Requirements

  • Develop, implement, and track progress of prioritized business plans for assigned responsibilities
  • Ensure action plans are aligned with Market Access and Public Affairs and Enterprise priorities
  • Apply a balanced approach that takes into account customer and stakeholder objectives
  • Build and maintain strategic networks of relationships internally and externally
  • Actively engage with other members in the Alliance Development team
  • Communicate with local and global colleagues, as needed, apprising them of US plans and programs
  • Coordinate with, provide education to, and communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to effectively collaborate and inform
