Job Description
The Associate Director of Admissions is a leadership role responsible for driving enrollment performance and leading a team of Admissions Representatives. The role involves recruiting, enrolling, and supporting students while maintaining a high level of personal output and leading daily operations, coaching team performance, and driving individual and team enrollment results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Two (2) or more years of experience in a leadership role within admissions or enrollment management in higher education
Working knowledge of institutional, accrediting, state, and federal regulations in higher education
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a culturally diverse environment
