Role OverviewThe Associate Director and Senior Counsel will partner with Human Resources professionals and business leaders on employment and labor law issues, providing advice and counseling on complex matters, managing disputes, and assessing compliance requirements.

Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
- 8+ years of experience advising employers on complex employment law matters in a law firm and/or in-house environment
- Excellent analytical ability and professional judgment
- Ability to collaborate and manage multiple tasks
- Judgment, objectivity, professionalism, and integrity
- Responsiveness with a customer-focused orientation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
