Job Description
The Associate Director of Athletics Events and Stewardship provides administrative and operational support for Athletics Development initiatives, including executing special events, donor stewardship programs, annual giving campaigns, and development operations functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least four (4) years of related experience in athletics administration, development, event management, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting event logistics and donor engagement initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database systems
