The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, experience working with youth, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with youth and teens in community-based or educational settings
  • Experience coordinating youth programs, partnerships, or grant-funded initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage program operations including scheduling, logistics, and reporting
  • Experience managing budgets and program resources
  • Strong organizational and data management skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with schools, community organizations, and municipal partners
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for youth programs and community events
  • Reliable transportation required; ability to travel throughout the Greater Philadelphia YMCA service area, including Camden and surrounding communities
