Role OverviewThe Associate Director, Collaboration & Web Services (M365 Platform Lead) is the accountable technology leader for Travere’s employee-facing Microsoft 365 collaboration environment. The role provides technical oversight of MSP delivery while remaining capable of independently designing, configuring, validating, and optimizing enterprise collaboration solutions.
What You Will Do
Lead the long-term strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams collaboration, OneDrive for Business, the corporate intranet, enterprise search, and selected Viva capabilities. Provide strategic and technical leadership for Microsoft Teams as a collaboration platform.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise collaboration, digital workplace, Microsoft 365 platforms, enterprise content management, or related technologies
- Demonstrated experience serving as both the technical lead and hands-on engineer for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms
