Role OverviewThe Associate Director, Immunology Insights, will be accountable for generating market-specific insights from primary market research, secondary data analysis, and competitive intelligence, and translating them into integrated, actionable insights for key customer/stakeholder groups.
What You Will Do
The role will involve developing comprehensive performance narratives for leadership, developing relationships with cross-functional partners, informing data strategy, performing ad-hoc analyses, and designing improvements to dashboards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry in a commercial or consulting role
- 2+ years working with pharmaceutical data sets including claims, DDD, and 867/852 data
- Mature SQL and/or Python data analytics skills, with comfort accessing data across a variety of platforms
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tool
- Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, and creativity in problem solving
