This role will be responsible for one of the most critical and complex data domains at Vertex. The Global Healthcare Entity Master (GHEM) supports a broad range of cross-functional processes and is foundational to commercial operations, analytics, and decision-making.
What You Will Do
Lead the technical ownership of the Customer Master domain within Vertex’s enterprise MDM strategy, Own the Customer MDM data product, including the customer master and its published consumption layer for downstream operational and analytics use cases, Drive modernization of the customer master platform through cloud migration, advanced MDM capabilities, and AI/LLM-enabled innovation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field required.
- 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management
- 3+ years leading MDM programs/projects
- Experience in life sciences or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred
