Job Description
Miltenyi Biotec is seeking an Associate Director of Experimental Process Development to lead the establishment of a robust lipid nanoparticle (LNP) platform for therapeutic delivery, while advancing lentiviral vector (LVV) pipeline.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. or master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering, Molecular Biology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in bioprocess development, with a focus on viral vectors and/or LNPs
  • Proven leadership experience managing scientific teams and cross-functional projects
  • Strong understanding of GMP principles, tech transfer, and regulatory expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to translate scientific innovation into scalable processes
