Role OverviewThe Operating Office partners with GCG leadership and Senior Execs to optimize sales management, implement strategic plans, and provide financial analysis. The team drives reporting of key performance metrics and system and process improvements across GCG.
What You Will Do
Support Senior Leadership: Assist with presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, translating complex findings into clear, actionable insights. Continuous Improvement: Lead or contribute to projects that enhance analytical tools, reporting processes, automation, and the overall quality of Operating Office financial data.

Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in financial services, ideally asset management
- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and organization skills
- Analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and show intellectual curiosity
- Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills essential
- Salesforce and PowerBI experience a plus
- Bachelor degree required
