Role OverviewJoin AstraZeneca's Cell Therapy Supply Chain team as an Associate Director, Global Cell Therapy Sourcing & Procurement. This role has a global remit, focusing on developing and deploying global category strategies, leading supplier relationships, and ensuring process improvement and procurement activities deliver business value.
What You Will Do
Develop long-term strategic plans for spend categories, manage stakeholder and supplier relationships, lead project initiatives, and implement sustainability initiatives with vendors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in a procurement environment

- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
- Comfort with risk and ambiguous situations
