Role OverviewThe Associate Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead (GMAL) is a key contributor to the GMAL team within Global Medical Affairs (GMA) department. This role drives medical strategy and tactics to establish and elevate the impact of Sarepta’s science and therapies, specifically supporting Sarepta’s gene therapy for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). The role reports to the Global Medical Affairs Lead for DMD Gene Therapy.
What You Will Do
Contribute to the development and execution of GMA strategy for product launch and life-cycle management. Develop medical materials (slides, talking points) for gene therapy and DMD, review and approve medical and promotional materials, and support congress, symposia, advisory board, and expert committee strategy. Build strong cross-functional relationships and disseminate scientific and medical impact with key stakeholders.

Requirements
- Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 5+ years of relevant experience
