Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards
  • Experience leading or serving as the #2 in a Total Rewards function
  • Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, benchmarking, incentive plans, and benefits strategy across multiple geographies
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Experience managing U.S. and global benefits vendors, renewals, and compliance
  • Track record of leading or contributing to change initiatives
  • High comfort level working in a fast-paced, growing organization
