Job Description
The Associate Director, Governance & Data Management Operations Enablement will lead data governance and compliance initiatives, develop operating models, and ensure consistent application of data governance standards across IQVIA Digital data management and products.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience spanning data management, data governance, compliance, data-driven operations, website design, program management, or related disciplines
  • Experience operating in regulated environments such as health, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and/or ad-tech
  • Strong working knowledge of data governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and enterprise compliance practices
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with Data Management, Product, GTM, Leadership, and Information Governance teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
