Role OverviewGilead is seeking an Associate Director, HCP Promo, Long- Acting Treatment to champion the launch of our next groundbreaking HIV therapy – a long-acting treatment. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director, HCP Marketing and play a central part in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to bring this transformative new treatment for people living with HIV.
What You Will Do
Support the development of bold, differentiated HCP campaigns and messaging that build confidence and enable informed prescribing decisions. Drive integrated, multi-channel promotional strategies to educate HCPs and accelerate product adoption. Optimize promotional effectiveness through targeted segmentation, data-driven insights, and continuous performance improvement.

Requirements
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated HCP marketing campaigns
- Proven ability in the execution of complex initiatives within the marketing mix which require tactful cross-functional execution
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and their impact on marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills and ability to communicate to a variety of groups and audiences efficiently and productively
- Ability to successfully work with external agencies, including advertising, public relations, and medical education vendors to develop programs and materials
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, with an understanding of expense budget planning and tracking
