Role OverviewThe Associate Director, Incentive Compensation Design & Analytics leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of incentive plans and programs for an entire business unit (BU). This individual is responsible for aligning the sales compensation strategy with business goals, ensuring fair and motivating rewards for the sales team, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the incentive plans.
What You Will Do
The individual will ensure that the incentive compensation plans align with the organization’s strategic objectives, values, and culture while driving the desired behaviors that lead to strong company outcomes. This role has a strong preference for candidates able to work onsite in Thousand Oaks 2–3 days per week; remote arrangements may be considered.

- Doctorate degree and 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing incentive compensation plans
- OR Master’s degree and 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing incentive compensation plans
- OR Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing incentive compensation plans
- OR Associate’s degree and 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing incentive compensation plans
- OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing incentive compensation plans
