As an Associate Director, Information Systems, you will serve as the technology leader responsible for the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of a portfolio of products supporting Amgen's Value and Access organization. You will partner closely with business leaders, engineering teams, architects, and product teams to define strategic roadmaps and deliver scalable technology solutions that enable Commercial Operations and accelerate business outcomes.

Your primary objective is to translate business strategy into innovative technology capabilities while ensuring delivery excellence, operational stability, and measurable business value. You will lead multiple cross-functional Agile teams, drive innovation, strengthen partnerships across business and technology organizations, and continuously evolve products that support Amgen's digital transformation.

You will have experience delivering scalable cloud-based technology solutions on AWS, including analytics platforms, data pipelines, machine learning workloads, application security, and operational monitoring.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of Information Systems experience
- Master's degree and 7 years of Information Systems experience
- Bachelor's degree and 9 years of Information Systems experience
- Associate's degree and 12 years of Information Systems experience
- High school diploma / GED and 14 years of Information Systems experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources
