Role OverviewThe Associate Director, International Project Logistics will establish and scale a high-performance global logistics network, designing multimodal distribution and carrier strategies, owning international project logistics spend, and ensuring the supply chain is fast, resilient, and compliant in support of mission-critical programs.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will own and lead all international project logistics operations across Anduril's deployed theaters, building, scaling, and continuously improving a high-performance regional logistics network that operates quickly and reliably worldwide.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, including international project logistics experience
- Proven ability to build and scale project logistics operations in a regional or international environment
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing multimodal carrier strategy (road, air, ocean, parcel) and managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last-mile providers
- Experience owning logistics spend and delivering against cost targets
- Working knowledge of import/export compliance and international customs/brokerage processes
- Experience with FMS and DCS program execution and Security Cooperation programs
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including to CONUS and partner-nation locations
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
