Job Description
The Associate Director Medical Science Liaison is a manager-leader within the Medical Affairs department. Responsibilities include solid tumor oncology HCP engagement, investigator-initiated studies, support of company sponsored trials, scientific congress support, development of MSL plans, and management of a regional MSL team as assigned.

Requirements

  • Provide direction, guidance, and support to a team of MSLs in an assigned region
  • Direct territory responsibilities in situations when no MSL coverage available
  • Assessment, recognition, and improvement of MSL performance at the individual and group level
