Job Description
The Associate Director Medical Science Liaison - West is a manager-leader within the Medical Affairs department responsible for providing direction, guidance, and support to a team of MSLs, direct territory responsibilities, and management of a regional MSL team.

Requirements

  • Master's level oncology PA or NP degree or accredited doctorate degree in a basic-science or life-science discipline
  • Minimum 13 years of related experience or 12 years of experience with a doctorate degree
  • 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, oncology MSL management experience, and 8 years as an MSL in therapeutic oncology
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate and engage groups, and demonstrate leadership
