Role OverviewThe Associate Director of College Counseling reports to the Director of College Counseling and joins a highly collaborative team to counsel and support students in grades 11 and 12/PG as they navigate the college search, application, and financial aid processes. This position is an immediate opening.
What You Will Do
Key duties include maintaining a personal caseload of students, guiding the college search and application process, writing letters of recommendation, and providing essay coaching and advocacy support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in a high school college counseling office and/or college admissions role
- Admissions Expertise: Knowledge of the college admission process
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of database systems for student records; MaiaLearning or other similar software experience
