Role OverviewThis role oversees mission-driven programs serving individuals and families experiencing housing instability while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and community engagement. The Associate Director of Community Programs will provide leadership for the Warming Station in Allentown, PA.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include providing day-to-day operational leadership, supervising team members, overseeing participant intake processes, maintaining HMIS data integrity, ensuring program operations remain compliant, and promoting a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements
- Associate degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of nonprofit experience, ideally serving individuals experiencing homelessness
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, including those with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between locations
- Ability to obtain CPR/AED, First Aid, and NARCAN certifications before starting
- Ability to successfully complete background checks
