Job Description
The Associate Director of Consultant and Chapter Support leads the strategy and execution of training and onboarding for Educational Leadership Consultants (ELCs) and holistic chapter support for assigned chapters, ensuring a consistent, high-quality member experience aligned with AOII’s strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to effectively read, write, and speak the English language
  • Physical mobility and dexterity to transport files and operate general office equipment
  • Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Five years of relevant experience preferred
  • Membership in a Fraternity/Sorority preferred
