Job Description
The Associate Director of Development plays a key role in advancing Epiphany School’s fundraising strategy, leading the Annual Fund and special events, and engaging prospects for leadership gifts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience with 3-5 years of a track record of success in fundraising with increasing responsibility.
  • Annual Fund leadership and major gift solicitation at the $10,000+ level.
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue within a defined fundraising program.
  • Experience with both individual donor cultivation and broad-based solicitation strategies.
  • At least two years of experience supervising Development staff, including performance management and professional development.
