Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Director of Events to join our team at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a strong background in hotel event sales and planning, as well as leadership experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel event sales and/or planning with a track record of exceeding revenue goals
  • Demonstrated success in selling to group and social markets, including weddings and milestone events
  • Strong leadership experience with team management and mentoring responsibilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
