Role OverviewThe Associate Director of Finance will perform all accounting functions, schedule and monitor expenditures, and plan to meet demands of guests and staff. They will also assist in producing financial statements, verify compliance with finance SOP manual, and maintain records storage area.
What You Will Do
The Associate Director of Finance will manage and oversee all Accounts Receivable functions, ensure A/R aging percentages are in compliance with SOP, and verify credit cards are processed every night-by-night audit. They will also assist Director of Finance with the Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts each period.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Accounting, one year experience in Hotel or Hospitality related Finance and Accounting, and knowledge of Hotel Financial Statements and reconciliation of A and L accounts. They will also have analytical approach to problems, sound administrative and managerial skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.

- B.S. in Accounting
- One year experience in Hotel or Hospitality related Finance and Accounting
