Job Description
The Campaign Finance Board is a nonpartisan, independent city agency that empowers New Yorkers to have a greater impact on their elections. We are seeking an Associate Director of Labor and Employee Relations to manage internal labor relations investigations, union grievances, collective bargaining agreements, and serve as the Agency’s Health & Safety Coordinator.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • Four years of satisfactory full-time experience in the field of investigations, auditing, law enforcement, criminal justice, or in a major operational area of the agency
  • 18 months of experience in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity or supervising a staff performing investigations or related work
