Role OverviewJoin our team as an Associate Director of Operations and help lead high performing processing facilities that deliver strong results and consistent quality. In this role, you will guide plant operations to meet customer needs, drive performance, and support long term profitability, while developing and empowering leadership teams.
What You Will Do
Work with Operations management in establishing and measuring operating and capital budgets for the operation in a manner to enable the operation to maintain a competitive position in the industry. Lead and develop each plant processing area to ensure plant metrics are met.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience in Business or Ag-Business
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of budget development and administration, report analysis, USDA and employment law
- Broad integrated knowledge of live production and plant operations
- Ability to travel to remote facilities and/or offices for meetings up to 25% of the time
