Job Description
The Associate Director of Pennsylvania Program and Services is responsible for managing residential programs, ensuring quality and effectiveness, and delivering Individual Support Services. This position requires travel to Central Pennsylvania on a weekly basis and has line authority over assigned residential programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Special Education, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation, Social Work, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Therapeutic Recreation
  • Five years' experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, physical and/or behavioral health challenges in a management position
  • Four years' experience working with neurodivergent, physical and/or behavioral health challenges in a management position
