Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Sales to manage and lead our sales staff, including mentoring and training, recruitment and hiring, and leading sales meetings. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales management experience, preferably in a larger convention hotel, and excellent client relations and communication skills.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years previous sales management experience including in a larger convention hotel preferred
  • Previous leadership of a sales team preferred
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Knowledgeable about all aspects of the sales process
  • Excellent client relations, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
