Job Description
The Associate Director of Sales is a senior level hotel sales role responsible for managing and leading the sales staff, managing key accounts, and mentoring and training sales staff.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years previous sales management experience including in a larger convention hotel
  • Previous leadership of a sales team
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Knowledgeable about all aspects of the sales process
  • Excellent client relations, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
