Role OverviewThe Associate Director of Sales is a senior-level sales leadership position responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales quota, and achieving sales goals. The role requires a highly visible, full-time onsite presence to coach and support the sales team, strengthen internal and external partnerships, and drive revenue through strategic account management, business development, and market expansion.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include carrying and achieving an assigned Major Market group sales quota, personally prospecting and soliciting Major Market group business, building and managing a Major Market group sales pipeline, and developing and executing account plans for high-value group accounts.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, carrying a sales quota, and achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated experience producing Major Market group business and managing a group sales pipeline from prospecting through conversion and execution
- Experience within an upscale, luxury, lifestyle, or boutique hotel environment preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience with demonstrated success coaching, training, mentoring, and developing sales professionals
- Experience managing key sales processes, including account qualification, referral generation, prospecting, business development, negotiation, and closing
- Strong understanding of hotel sales strategy, revenue management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with the ability to foster strong internal and external partnerships and create meaningful connections with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders
