Job Description
The Associate Director of Supported Employment oversees the Supported Employment program by supervising team members and providing administrative support. They will provide strategic vision and tactical support to realize the full potential of the program and ensure adherence to the IPS evidence-based outcome model and fidelity scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or relatable degree
  • Prior experience as an employment specialist, assisting individuals with high acuity mental health issues
  • Certification as a Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) or IPS Certified
  • Three to five years management experience in workforce development programs
  • Experience in staff supervision, leadership development, and team-building
  • Experience working with severely low income and unhoused individuals
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong initiative, with a flexible, collaborative work style
  • Highest integrity
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and database programs
