Job Description
The Associate Director of Philanthropy identifies and cultivates prospective donors from communities within the hospital/clinic's service territory for the purpose of soliciting major gifts. The Associate Director nurtures donor relationships through regular contact, communication, and recognition, and develops and maintains relationships with hospital-affiliated Shriners Temples and the community for the purpose of fundraising.

Requirements

  • 3 years fundraising experience
  • 1-2 years major giving programs experience
  • A demonstrable track record of fundraising accomplishments is essential, including experience in moving potential constituents into stronger giving relationships
  • Must have experience closing gifts from individuals, corporations, foundations, and community organizations
