Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an Associate Director Pre-Award - Sponsored Programs to provide advanced administrative guidance and direction for pre-award proposal administration. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. The position oversees pre-award proposal function, manages large department research portfolios, and collaborates with various central offices. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring timely submissions, reviewing proposals, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Associate Director will also lead and coordinate efforts to develop and maintain procedures for electronic processing and tracking of grant proposals and awards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 7 years of progressively responsible related experience
  • 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Certified Research Administrators Certification preferred
