Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking an Associate Director Pre-Award - Sponsored Programs to provide advanced administrative guidance and direction for the functions of pre-award proposal administration within the Office of Sponsored Programs Administration of the university. The position oversees pre-award proposal function, manages large department research portfolios, and collaborates with various central offices. The person needs to be a subject matter expert on grants & research agreements, understanding the intricacies of regulatory requirements. This role will participate in the rollout of a new ERP system and support the Director of Pre-Award and the goals set for this entire team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent
  • 7 years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Certified Research Administrators Certification (preferred)
