Job Description
The Associate Director is responsible for leading the Sunnydale Community Center, aka The Hub, with a focus on operational & strategic program development, and impactful community outreach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, partnership development, or community engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Proven ability to secure donations, sponsorships, and in-kind support.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute large-scale events and manage multiple priorities.
