Role OverviewServe in a highly visible, strategic role with significant impact on our global tax posture as we transition from an R&D organization into a commercial-stage company. Responsible for all aspects of the Company’s global tax function, including tax strategy, tax provision, compliance, planning, and risk management.
What You Will Do
Oversee the quarterly and annual income tax provision process, evaluate uncertain tax positions, ensure accurate and timely tax disclosures for SEC filings, and act as the company’s “Head of Tax,” providing strategic and tactical tax guidance to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA and/or advanced degree in Tax (e.g., MST, JD/LLM in Tax) strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive corporate tax experience
- Strong technical expertise in U.S. federal and state corporate income tax, ASC 740, and international tax
- Demonstrated experience as the lead owner of the tax provision and global tax compliance
- Proven experience supporting or leading tax aspects of commercialization and product launch
