Job Description
Join Thomas Cuisine as an Associate District Manager - Senior Living to provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight for senior living communities across Texas. This role is responsible for supporting and strengthening the execution of Thomas Cuisine services through active presence, mentorship, and consistent operational support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior living food service operator with strong multi-site or leadership exposure
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and people leadership skills
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential desirable but not required
  • ServSafe Certification required
