Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Associate degree or 3 years of experience in a customer service related environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills (40+wpm) with a 10% or below error ratio
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe PDF files and Tiff files
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to function effectively in the workplace
  • Ability to work with others effectively
  • Ability to meet organizational goals and customer expectations
