Requirements
High school diploma/GED
Associate degree or 3 years of experience in a customer service related environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent typing skills (40+wpm) with a 10% or below error ratio
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Basic knowledge of Adobe PDF files and Tiff files
Multi-tasking skills
Ability to function effectively in the workplace
