Role Overview

Join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Software organization onsite in Melbourne, FL. Design, develop, integrate, and test software for our end-user customers and businesses. Work with multi-disciplinary teams in an Agile software development environment.

What You Will Do

Design, architecture, development, and administration of embedded and real-time systems for cockpit displays. Analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ability to collaborate with systems engineers, hardware designers, and integration/test engineers to develop and maintain complex software systems. Experience with DOORs, Software Requirement Specification Testing using Simulators, automated scripting languages, and safety-critical applications/systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a STEM discipline
  • 0 years of related engineering experience
  • Familiarity with developing software and scripts in Java, Object Oriented C++ AND/OR Python
  • Familiarity with Software Change Control, Change Management, and CI/CD tools such as: Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo), AND/OR GitHub
  • Active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment
