Role Overview

The selected candidate will manage DCAS-funded projects; perform scientific research and analysis; and provide technical assistance for planning, funding, and implementing projects within the agency. These projects represent critical initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, coordination, and delivery of formalized efforts in support of the agency’s climate goals.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities will include tracking and reporting progress on portfolio of projects, identifying potential projects, assisting project managers, providing analytical assistance, supporting procurement and documentation of projects, and participating in ad-hoc projects.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in an appropriate field of specialization and at least two years of experience in a responsible full-time research capacity. The candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
