Role Overview

The Associate Engagement Manager–Client Services (AMCS) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. They work together with their manager to build an account plan and manage client relationships based on the account plan. The AMCS handles a single account or part of a large account, with an indicative annual book of business of up to $10 million.

What You Will Do

Manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $10M, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close. Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to ensure client commitments are fulfilled. Create account plans, balance multiple projects, and drive revenue from go-to-market solutions.

This role requires strong sales/relationship management/account management experience, leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in the relevant industry/vertical is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • Significant business development and project management experience
  • Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
