Role OverviewThe Associate Engineer will complete the Engineering Excellence Program (EEP) curriculum, including successive work rotations in various business units and client projects. At the conclusion of the program, the graduate will be assigned to a role within the Company through an interactive process. The role involves preparing technical specifications, conducting power system studies, evaluating supplier proposals, and managing equipment costs.
What You Will Do
As an Associate Engineer, you will prepare technical specifications, conduct power system studies, evaluate supplier proposals, and manage equipment costs. You will also design industrial controllers, human machine interface software, and edit project drawings. Additionally, you will identify new technologies, evaluate their feasibility, and incorporate them into the Company's systems and products.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or related degree
- Classes, labs, and projects with concentration in electrical power systems, control system theory, supervisory software development, database design/management, software engineering, robotics, or mechatronics
- Personal computer hardware and software skill proficiency
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
- Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
