This position provides leadership and oversight for Human Resources, Finance, Volunteer Services, and Facilities, ensuring that the organization's people, systems, and physical environment are aligned to support the mission.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
- Significant progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, operations, organizational development, nonprofit management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience supervising and developing managers and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience with employee recruitment, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and retention
- 3+ years of experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and organizational systems
- Experience and understanding of financial management in the non-profit sector
- Experience working with or overseeing volunteer programs
- Strong understanding of workplace culture and employee engagement
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong working relationships
