Role OverviewDrive financial and market analysis for new management contracts, acquisitions, and third-party deal pursuits. Partner with Development, Operations, and Finance to assess deal viability and support go/no-go decisions across the hotel portfolio.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain feasibility studies and underwriting models, prepare P&L pro formas, cash flow projections, and IRR/NPV/cap rate analyses, evaluate market fundamentals, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and ownership groups.

Requirements
- 3+ years in hotel feasibility, underwriting, acquisitions, or asset management
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- STR, CoStar/CBRE Hotels, or similar market data tools
- Bachelor's in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field (MBA a plus)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
