Role OverviewThe Associate Field Director will be a field-based professional who will serve as a manager for the Endocrinology MSL team. The role involves fostering collaborative relationships with opinion leaders, facilitating field-facing activities, and ensuring scientific excellence and effective external engagement.

The Associate Field Director will lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), oversee performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (M.D., D.O., Ph.D., Pharm.D., NP, PA) in Medical Biological Sciences
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs/clinical functions
- Familiarity with the drug development process and regulatory guidelines (FDA, ICH, GCP)
- Proven ability to manage and execute medical affairs initiatives
- Ability to review, interpret, and communicate complex clinical and scientific data
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with rare diseases a plus (including Medical Affairs, clinical practice, research)
