Job Description
The New York City Comptroller's Office seeks an Associate General Counsel - Investment Transactions to provide legal advice and support to the Comptroller and the Agency's various bureaus. The selected attorney will work with the Bureau of Asset Management (BAM) on investments of the five New York City Retirement Systems, including private market transactions and public market arrangements.

Requirements

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • Four years of recent full-time responsible, relevant, satisfactory legal experience
  • Eighteen months of experience in supervising other attorneys in an administrative, managerial or executive capacity
