Role OverviewProvide legal counsel to SB Energy's executive team, board of directors, and cross-functional teams to align corporate governance, securities filings, and support growth of the platform.
What You Will Do
Provide counsel on legal issues, support SEC reporting, manage corporate governance processes, and support corporate and project financings.

Requirements
- JD and strong academic record from a leading law school
- Licensed to practice law in applicable state of residence
- 5 + years of relevant experience at a major law firm or with a sophisticated in-house legal department
- Significant experience with respect to securities transactions, SEC reporting and filing, corporate governance and/or corporate finance
