Role OverviewAs a Associate General Counsel on our Corporate Functions team, you will develop strategies, refine processes, and implement initiatives that empower our business to thrive. You will assist with the preparation and review of documents for various commercial arrangements and corporate actions, and provide leadership on cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include assisting with document preparation and review, responding to internal client requests, and providing legal options and analysis. You will also keep informed of new laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the Company.
